Extrusion Process
  • The extruder is generally the first stage of a line which produces a plastic product.
  • The extruder transforms a polymer from the solid state into an easily moldable state and then passes it to the second stage of the process
  • The second stage forms the polymer into the shape & state required and cools it to the final product
  • The final product is then stacked or wound
