What’s great is that we don’t just sell these machines—we actually test run them ourselves, so you know they’re ready to go. What Does A 1.0" Extruder Cost?

There is a reason prices vary so much for 1.0" extruders used in the plastics industry. Brand, age, and specs all play a role in the final price. You can pick up an older Killion extruder with a DC motor for as low as $6,000 at Arlington. We have newer American Kuhne extruders with AC motors that will set you back closer to $20,000. $20,000 is still 50% less than a new machine. A new machine will set you back around $45,000. Whether you are a bargain basement shopper or looking for something a little closer to new, most of our extruders have been test run prior to shipping.
