They stood behind there product
They shipped me a skid of bad not working mold temperature controllers. After I explained this. They went through their inventory and replaced all of the heat controllers with working heat controller of the same brand and model. I understand the risks when buying used equipment, but it eliminates the risk when the company selling them stands behind their product. I would, and I have recommended them and will continue to recommend them.
