Mold-Masters opened its doors in 1963 and quickly became known for innovation in molding technology. From its home base in Georgetown, Ontario, the company has expanded worldwide, with operations that now reach across North America, Europe, Asia, and India. More than sixty years later, it is still one of the most recognized names in hot runner systems and injection molding solutions. Today, Mold-Masters is part of Hillenbrand, Inc., and continues to push the industry forward with a mix of engineering know-how and practical solutions for everyday production challenges.

Achievements

Over the decades, Mold-Masters has built a strong record of accomplishment. It was among the first to bring advanced hot runner designs to market, giving molders the ability to cut cycle times and improve part quality. The company’s engineers have developed servo-driven valve gate technology, high-precision temperature controllers, and systems that allow processors to run recycled and bio-resins. Along the way, Mold-Masters has grown into a workforce of more than two thousand people serving customers in over one hundred countries. Its global support network helps molders keep machines running, parts consistent, and downtime to a minimum.

Product Line

Mold-Masters equipment is built around:

  • Hot Runner Systems – A broad range that covers everything from compact EcoONE units to high-performance Summit, Fusion, and Dura+ series systems. Specialty solutions like PET preform, side-gating, and cold deck setups handle tougher applications.
  • Temperature Control – The TempMaster line of controllers gives processors accurate heat management. Options range from smaller modular units to large, fully integrated systems, all designed to deliver stable, repeatable results.
  • Auxiliary Injection & Co-Injection – The E-Multi platform adds extra injection capability to an existing press. Versions are available for standard resins, LSR, and co-injection jobs, making multi-material molding more practical and flexible.
