Product Features

Used 9" Conair Model TS920UP Traveling Saw
9-inch diameter and equivalent cross-section profile. It uses a 27-inch diameter carbide-toothed blade that cuts from underneath the product. The saw table travels with the extrudate and has 20 inches of travel.
Clamping: The product is clamped to the table surface with adjustable rubber pads.
Cut Activation: Via a remote cut-to-length limit switch with a 25-foot cable for mounting to the customer's collection device.
Motions: Table travel, clamp, and saw up motions are activated pneumatically and include pressure regulators and speed controls for each function.
Blade Speed: Variable blade speed allows for cut quality tuning and blade noise reduction.
Saw Motor: 5hp AC arbor motor with variable blade speed.
Direction: Right to left.
Frame: Heavy-duty welded steel frame construction with flat swivel casters and floor locks.
Voltage: Wired for 230/3/60 or 460/3/60 power supply.
Center Height: 42 inches ±2 inches.
