Plastic Pipe Corrugators and Corrugating equipment are used to produce ridges in pipe for strength and flexibility. Many consumers would be familiar with a vacuum cleaner hose, which contains ridges and is flexible. A corrugator is part of an entire extrusion line, but is the machine that is responsible for producing the unique pattern in the end product. As the unhardened plastic moves through the corrugator the ridges are formed in the pipe as it continues to the cooling system. HDPE corrugated pipe is used in drainage applications because of the pipe's strength, durability, joint integrity and long-term cost-effectiveness. Many manufacturers would be familiar with the brand name of Corma. Below is our current inventory of of corrugators.
