Shibaura Machine Company, America is the leading manufacturer of injection molding machines, die cast machines, machines tools, robots, extruders, and high-precision glass molding machines. As of 2020, Shibaura Machine Company has installed and delivered over 15,000 injection molding machines.

Today, they service their equipment within a large service and parts department located in Elk Grove Village, IL. They have several models of equipment. Their flagship all-electric machines include:

• EC series
• ECSXII small and medium machines
• ECSX larger tonnage machines

The GS and GT series encompass their medium and large hydraulic machines and the DF series is reserved for their large tonnage hydraulic machines.

Our high-precision electric injection molding machines range from 30 to 2,750 U.S. tons. The 390-ton model shown above is made of PP/ABS/Nylon and features 460V voltage, a V21 controller, and a min max mold of 12.6” x 26.3”.

Our assembly facility allows us to customize machines to each of our customer’s specifications and power up machines for test runs, software updates, and more.
