Single Screw Plastic Extruders

Our inventory of single screw extruders are high-quality machines capable of producing the final plastic product shape with exactness. The in-stock single screw extruders come in numerous dimensions and are available as air or water cooled. We have plastic extrusion equipment from a wide variety of manufacturers to best suit your preferences or applications.

Plastic extrusion equipment works by forcing the plastic material through a custom-made die. Based on the desired end shape, dies can be customized to create these specific results. Single screw extruders work by having one screw operate with a cylinder to combine the materials and thrust them through the die to form the final product shape. We have many types of single screw extruders for applications in the packaging, chemical and plastics industries.
